They are professional and personable and very willing to go above and beyond. They did such a great job setting up the fence and were expedient and efficient. They honored a bid made by a former employee, they gave us a great discount as we are a small non-profit who supports Veterans and their Families and after some modification, they are willing to adjust the bill to reflect the work they did not need to do/materials they did not need to use. Had them install a white vinyl privacy fence in March 2022 - bid was by far the lowest, and quality and worksmanship has been great. Gate started sagging recently, gave them a call and Brett came out to fix it no charge - even though it was out of warranty. Great to see them standing behind their work!
I found Michelle in the office to be pleasant and easy to do business with. She kept me informed on everything I needed. Keep in mind I'm asking certified fence with short notice to install a fence in December in the snow. Bret was respectful and knowledgeable. I had my back yard fenced with a custom two toned vinyl fence. These guys were very professional and helped me decide on the best option for me. They came to my house, measured my property, discussed the fencing layout, and gave me bid within a few days.
