Just had my roof replaced and cannot be more please with the service, quality of work and all the personnel that we communicated with!! Awesome job....Roof looks amazing and I am so pleased with the job, the crew and the post Quality Control check. The work crew was so timely and efficient and the result was truly quality work. An added bonus was after the job was finished, all debris was picked up and removed from premise. Kudos for a job well done.
Certified did a great job on my roof and fixed existing issues not completed the previous roofer that I was unaware of. My nails were 12" apart from the previous reroof and certified installed 8d nails every 6" to the entire roof (not just for the wood they repaired). The crew worked very hard to finish the project. There was a quality inspector in place to guarantee compliance. It was very easy and pleasant to speak with representatives in the office when I had questions. I couldn’t imagine and easier process for getting a new roof! From start to finish they were very responsive and eager to answer any questions. Darren was willing to do our consolation and quote over the Christmas holiday even when he was on vacation.
