Cesar was great. Thought that the pice for closing was relatively high for me staying with the same company. If you were to improve one thing it would be to stay more competitive with retaining mortgage holders. I almost switched to usaa but Cesar was really cool and helpful. Only thing that made me refinance with penny Mac.
It’s been such a pleasure going through our home equity loan with Pennymac. They kept us updated throughout the process.
