Recently we had a problem with our cesspool. We called Affordable Cesspool and would highly recommend this company. The workers Joe, Keith and Ronnie were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I’m so happy that I found this company all by chance. I called cesspool pros by accident thinking I was calling another company because I was so upset my house was filling up with toxic water and being a new home owner I didn’t know what to do. Then Joann answered the phone and not only calmed me down but assured me that her team had this and there was nothing to worry about and they would be there today. Just wow !!! Thank you Joann you have no idea what that meant to me.

If you want top of the line service from a company who really knows what they’re doing and is not just in it for the money, this is the company to go with. They were able to assess the situation and locate the problem right away. With no hesitation the guys got to work and uncovered some stuff that we didn’t even know about prior to buying our home. I am please with the work that Joe did.. they were on time explained what they were going to do. I had a sink whole and needed a new system. It was done in approx 4 hrs. They clean up and pack the dirt so it all look pretty good considering the job they did. Would definitely recommend them. Also Ben the tech was good in explaining before hand what was going to be done. Good job guys

Highly recommend!..My cesspool was original cinder block and completely full of roots. I wanted to change it as it was a huge safety concern if god forbid it imploded. I have small children and was not willing to risk that. The whole crew was extremely nice, professional and got things done fast. However, there was a bit of a hiccup during the process. The team at Cesspool Pros were excellent. My old cinder block cesspool was full and I wanted to replace it with a new one because I wasn't comfortable with the risk of collapse, especially since my kids play in the yard. The team arrived on our scheduled date to begin (excavator, flat bed with new cesspool and crew all showed up). AAA+++ Joe & his team abandoned our old system & installed a new cesspool & two leeching pools, while locating & being careful not to damage underground electrical wires. They were professional, polite, friendly, & fun. All this in one day & even treated US to lunch!

Absolutely recommend. Very responsive, professional with reasonable prices. They pumped out my cesspool and replaced the dirt on my lawn and you could never even tell they were there. You could tell they really care about your business and in doing the right thing.
