Chad Beldon assisted me in purchasing a condo in central Ohio. Ive purchased 3 homes in my life, and this was BY FAR the best experience Ive ever had. Chad guided me, responded to all my questions, and made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Chad Beldon assisted me in purchasing a condo in central Ohio. Ive purchased 3 homes in my life, and this was BY FAR the best experience Ive ever had. Chad was always available when I called, even on weekends and later in the evenings after work. It was obvious he knew his stuff and ge guided me and gave me great advice. Because we could close in 15 days instead of 30, the sellers and agent chose my offer over others and I got the condo I really wanted! Thank you Chad, you are the best!
