Chad and his colleagues did a great job helping me navigate this process from all angles. I felt like they had my best interest in mind even if it meant more work for them. For example, his team offered to hold on the phone for over an hour with the IRS then connect me to them when their reps picked up. They could have just turfed that to me but they didn't.
