Chad was on top of everything, and was easy to work with and the most important item was his ability to get back to me very quickly!! This was a bit stressful closing because of the time constraints, but we made it through on time and with only one hiccup, when the title company's notary had a last minute emergency and they had to send someone else later that evening.

We currently went through Chad Beldon to buy our home. He has been great, informative and timely to us through this whole process! We hit a few snags through the process but he didnt let them snags stop us from purchasing our dream home and land! The snag that we hit was a road agreement but we all worked together and made it all happen! I would recommend Chad to all my friends, family and anyone who is looking to purchase a home!
