Chad was very helpful every step of the way throughout our home purchase. We were first time home buyers and with that came a lot of questions. Chad was able to give immediate answers to all of our questions and made us feel good about moving forward throughout our home purchase. I don't think my mortgage situation could have been more complicated (at least that's what Chad at Pinnacle and 3 other loan officers at other companies said to me), but Pinnacle was the only one to get it done. Not only that, they stuck with me and the process for months as we figured out the paperwork needed, and I know Chad, my loan officer, personally fought for me with his underwriter while also running dozens of scenarios just to make sure I could finally get into my home. Very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. They assisted us in obtaining a purchase loan for our second home, a condo in San Francisco. They were much easier to deal with and more responsive than other lenders we tried to work with.

Chad is awesome and is very helpful and patient in answering any questions about the loan. He was able to close the loan in 25 days and was very prompt in communication. Will definitely recommend Pinnacle to anyone who wants to close quickly.
