I had a short timeframe to close on my home, Chad was beyond prepared for our first meeting and continuously followed up through the process. Very professional and timely, I can't say enough about the great experience.

I was referred to Prime Lending by my realtor and a friend. The company was not my first choice, but when I contacted my first choice they were not very responsive and most importantly were non-committal on dates. Buying a house is stressful enough that I did not want to add on to it. I contacted Chad and said "look... here is my time frame, can you do it" and his response was "absolutely". Chad made the lending process so easy for buying my first home! He explained every step of the process in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was able to answer all my questions and made it very clear what he needed from me to move the process along in a very timely manner (4ish weeks!) He is very responsive to emails, calls, etc. I would highly recommend working with Chad!

I worked with Chad throughout the construction of my home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, to the point where I didn't have to worry - everything was done seamlessly in a timely manner. He coordinated the pre-appraisal and final appraisals, illustrated a clear breakdown of our interest, principal, and mortgage payments months beforehand, and scheduled our closing for us. He made the stressful process easy and enjoyable.

Chad helped us throughout the entire purchasing of our home. He answered all of our questions and was very timely on his responses back to us. After the purchase of our home Chad has stayed in contact with us and has kept us informed on current rates in the market. I would highly recommend Chad for purchasing or refinancing a home.

Chad helped out a lot with answering questions and explaining what costs were and where they were coming from. He was also helpful in looking at what the best route was for %down and the length of the mortgage. Prime Lending was also very quick to get my mortgage ready early and allowed me to close early.

Chad was referred to me by a friend in the real estate business when I was looking to purchase a home that had recently gone on the market. He was very knowledgeable about the lending process and was willing to work with me to "run the numbers" a few different ways to find both a reasonable finance rate and a manageable monthly payment while not having to spend my entire savings with the down payment, which was important to me. I would easily choose Chad again.
