I made it for my appointment early. Sitting in the waiting area after the greetings and salutations and jazz like that. Welcoming feeling as always. The wait area is relaxing. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prior to coming to Dr K's office, I would tense up as I was one that probes in my mouth, while awake. I was due to have surgery so a dental clearance was necessary. When I called on the eve of Thanksgiving I was reassured by Polly that she would make sure that I was able to get into the office early next week. Sure enough, on Monday morning I received a call with a choice of times & days to come in. Dr. Chad Kasperowski was very attentive and made sure I didn't have anything that would complicate my surgery. I've been a patient of Dr. K for the past 8 years. At each visit, I feel as though everyone in the office is concerned about the care I receive. When I arrive for an appointment the dental hygienist is always ready for me and, in an emergency, the receptionist always manages to fit me in. My dental issues are complex and Dr. K is able to provide the level of care I need. He is an extremely competent and caring dental health provider. I highly recommend him.
Had been looking for over a year and finally settled on Dr K on the advice of a friend. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire team. It was like I had been a patient for years. I don't remember ever having a dentist spend quality time detailing my current dental health and laying out a plan for my ongoing treatment and oral preservation. They have my highest endorsement.
