Chad has represented me in purchasing as well as selling real estate for the past 16 years. Most recently he listed one of my properties in mid June and had it sold and closed on August 4th. He gets the job done!

Chad is THE most well rounded agent I have worked with in Kootenai County. Chad has been working as a full time agent for 20 years and his experience and knowledge about the local markets is immense. His particular expertise is in investment properties and downtown residential property. Chad is one of the of the best agents out there. After out house sat on the market for 6 mos with another agent, we hired Chad, who sold it in 3 weeks. He then, helped us find a rental while our new house was being finished. Chad went above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. He is extremely knowledgable of the area (having grown up here). We look forward to working with him in again in the future.

We've had multiple transactions with Chad and he is the best. There's definitely a reason he's #1 in his office. He knows the area well and he's great at his job. He's not afraid to provide an honest opinion when you need one and his colorful personality is a plus! If you need a real estate agent, he's the one to go to.
