We worked with Jeff on 2017 to purchase our home near Lake Mille Lacs. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job for us. We worked with him again the following year to purchase a small cabin and again in 2022 when he helped my mom sell her home and purchase her new one. He is an expert in his profession and a great guy. Would definitely work with him again.
We needed to sell quickly. With the quick sale we were able to purchase our new home. I think the quality of the home photos generated a lot of looks at our property on line. The first weekend we had multiple showings with 3 solid offers. Jeff did a great job negotiating for us. We ran into an easement problem. He has made this process go so smooth, without any worries and or questions left to be answered, he covers it all with such a great attitude. He definitely goes out of his way to be sure you are one happy customer. There needs to be more people like him in this world.

Jeff has helped make the sale of the house painless, my life took an unexpected turn and I felt I couldn’t handle anymore stress. Jeff has handled everything that needed done. All I have had to do is sign. AMAZING, Jeff has handled any and all issues that needed to be handled I.e. calling contractors or plumbers to fix minor things around the house as I have moved out of state.
