My wife and I are relocating to the Brainerd area for work, and we were unsure about whether we wanted to build, or buy an existing home. Randa set us up with 2 search tools to keep land & houses separate. She was very responsive to our questions, and seemed eager to help us with our transition. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Randa from our first Zoom meet & greet to closing day. As out-of-state buyers relying entirely on remote walk-throughs, it made the trust and communication with our agent that much more critical. Randa was amazing! You 100% want her on your team in this aggressive market. My fiancé and I could not have purchased a home with out her. She was so supportive through every step of the process.
