Sam is always there to answer any questions that you have and doesn’t pressure you into making such a big decision on the spot when buying a home! Even when my boyfriend and I were selling our home through another company, it was hard for us to get answers from them at times. Sam was there to answer questions for us, even though we didn’t use him to sell our home!

Sam Klinger has been a huge help in my search for a house! Being young, sometimes it is tough to navigate the housing market and it can be an intimidating task. Sam has done a fantastic job at making the first time house hunt a lot easier! From going over financial options, to looking at houses that fit my needs, wants, and price range, he really listened to my concerns and delivered great options for me to work with. I will undoubtedly continue to work with Sam on all my future real estate needs!

I am so lucky to have met an amazing person like Savannah. She has become a friend along my journey. I moved from California to Minnesota with my children and my dog. Savannah was there the whole way and made sure I was taken care of and my children too. She has a good heart and cares for a happy home! I appreciate her so much.
