My buyers felt an extreme lack of communication and confusion throughout the entire process. I was optimistic as I had heard great things about Chad, but the communication was lacking. There was confusion about the loan and then we had to pivot. At the end of the day the deal got done and everyone is happy.

Overall experience very long. Would have liked to know before hand that Gabby’s tax information for a USDA loan wouldn’t have worked in the first place instead of figure out we can’t get approved the day before closing.
