We just took delivery of our new patio furniture from Chair King today and are already enjoying it! We recently had a crumbling flagstone surface demolished and replaced with a more useable concrete patio. We realized we needed furniture to make the space complete. We looked at outdoor furniture online and while some sets looked nice, we couldn’t tell if it was comfortable and/or sturdy. When we arrived at the store we were immediately greeted by a gentleman whose name eludes me but he was the Assistant Manager. He was very good, showed us immediately to the table and chairs we were interested in, answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and personable. All in all the service was great and we bought the table set we wanted; it will be delivered in five days. Very pleased.

First time customer and will definitely keep in mind for future patio furniture needs. Was promptly greeted upon walking into the store and our Sales Associate Yvonne was both knowledgeable and friendly. She went the extra mile to help us get the pieces we were looking for. Prices seemed reasonable. We received our patio seating that we found on clearance today and we love it!

Great experience at Chair King! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon looking for some new patio furniture for delivery in the next 3 days. Ahmed/Ken were extremely helpful. There was initially some challenges in fighting a delivery service who was available in the small window I had available, but were able to find one eventually, and earlier than expected. I also randomly cut my thumb while I was measuring out the dimensions of furniture (my mistake), and they helped with cleaning up the cut. They stayed in touch via text... read more

One of the better experiences we have had in retail. Barbara was low pressure huge help. From the minute we walked in she was inviting, very different than the pressure you feel at most retail furniture stores.
