I purchased an outdoor set from Chair King years ago. I have loved it, and it is time to replace the chairs. They have an amazing selection and I appreciate the ability to buy chairs separately. Wynn helped us, and provided great advice and recommendations on durability vs value. They are still running their Labor Day sale plus an additional 15% off clearance. The chairs have been ordered and we had the option of paying $20/chair for assembly or to assemble ourselves. We chose the latter...hopefully that's not a mistake

Thank you so much for your feedback, Melissa! We know Wynn will appreciate your kind words and we hope you enjoy your new patio furniture for years to come! Cheers, Chair King Backyard Store
Stopped by looking for some chairs for the home deck in backyard. What a great selection of outdoor products. We were greeted by Wynn who was so helpful and friendly. He showed us different models and options and was honest about quality versus price which I appreciated. We ended up buying 4 chairs. 2 fixed and 2 swivel. We got a great deal and loved the chairs we got. There was a 2 week wait and we opted to put them together ourselves instead of 20$ per chair. I like tinkering so putting them together will be fun ... read more

Came here during their clearance sale and we got an amazing deal on the treasure garden umbrella. We also got two egg chairs for less than $200 each and they felt very sturdy and comfy. Awesome store for all your backyard furniture!

I've shopped here for years and have found them to be very helpful. Barbara is always looking for ways to save me money and takes ownership of any issue and follows up promptly.
I had been telling myself I needed to stop at some of these non-chain type of stores as Austin is filled with them and I constantly pass by them. I went on a weekday after an appointment and knew I would probably be the only patron (and I love that). The location is rather random near the large Strait Music sign/store you see as you are getting off the highway. The woman who helped me was named Yvonne (or Yvette - sorry ) and she was awesome. There is nothing that peeves my soul more than the second I step into a store... read more
We went into Chair King just to look around and came out with a beautiful teak table and four chairs:) Barbara was great at letting us just look around with no pressure, but when we starting asking questions she was super helpful. We love the dining set and are so happy we walked in. The set is really good quality - we have had other teak before and we can tell that this is a superior product.
I came into Chair King for the second time after some window shopping. This time in - again - staff was very attentive and helpful, checking on my mom and I periodically and answering questions. After walking around for about an hour, I made up my mind ! I purchased a set - sofa and 2 chairs. Delivery was very fast and came during the designated window. It's been a few weeks and the temperature is cool, so we haven't sat out on the furniture, yet. But it looks great and seems like great quality !

Chair King was fabulous to work with, from start to finish. Our sales person's name is Barbara and she was so helpful in every way. She was patient with my many calls with questions and she spent time helping us find the absolute right furniture for our deck. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there for other items. I am really confused by all the negative comments because they are a fabulous store to shop at. They do have high-end furniture but they also have affordable furniture and they are all high quality. I highly recom... read more

I'm surprised at the bad reviews. They are not low cost, but the quality and selection are great. We did a LOT of research and warranties are almost non existent for outdoor furniture. I was glad to see Chair King had a decent one. Katy was phenomenal during the selection process and worked with us on price. We went back a few times for various reasons and she made us feel like we were her most important customer. Delivery was quick and professional. We had an issue with one swivel chair 'clicking' and they replaced i... read more
