Over priced and poor quality! We’ve been disappointed since our furniture arrived. We were told after that our furniture was a “discontinued” selection. We weren’t told this when we purchased the furniture and bought the protection plan. We also brought back our chaise lounges that we’re damaged and every one we looked at at the store that was newly delivered was also damaged. There wasn’t a nice one to exchange it with so we had to keep them damaged. Now the chaise lounge screws don’t even stay in the chairs! Very disappoin... read more
I ordered, and paid in full, for two patio chairs on March 17th. I was told that they wouldn't be in until May 1st. Was looking forward to getting them in about 10 days. Got a phone call this morning and was told that the revised delivery date is now JUNE 25TH..?!?!? The salesperson told me that we're at the mercy of the manufacturer. I understand that and that's why I agreed to wait a month and a half to get them. NOW it going to be THREE AND A HALF MONTHS! And that's only IF they don't delay it even longer.
