So helpful, no pressure, offered alternatives in case I didn’t want to wait on my back ordered item. I changed my payment method and they made it easy to make that happen. The store layout was beautiful and very inviting.
Ahmed worked so hard to get me exactly what I needed for my patio seating area. He was incredibly patient with my coming by the store so many times, and he relentlessly kept making suggestions and presenting options while still staying within my budget until he figured out a successful course of action! The sales staff, Douglas, was very helpful in giving us a quote for the outdoor furniture that we needed. He was always prompt to respond to our questions and requests. Most of the furniture has a 7-year limited warranty. We are very pleased with their services and products.
Ahmed was wonderful to work with, he made everything so easy and worked very hard to get exactly what we wanted and stay in our price range! We will definitely come back and recommend this store to others
I talked to Douglas, who was very nice and helped me with a rather complex order for the Kai White 5 Pc. Pool Lounger I also received a better deal than what I would direct from the manufacturer. I took off two stars because the product on the website was misleading and showed a matching umbrella which was not included in the product, and instead they mistakenly(?) added an extra two pillows (4) which bumped the price up 150 dollars.
