The only problem I had was stress but that is due to my PTSD not being able to keep up or sort things out fast enough. Having said that the folks at Penny Mac were great and helpful at every step. Thanks Guys!

The only issue was computer generated requests to complete items already completed. It was handled by Chaix Cole very well. She explained how it happens and badically kept an open line of communication to keep me informed. That was a great help.
