Everyone was accessible, knowledgable, prompt and thorough. Not once did a question go unanswered. Overall a great experience.
We did have a problem with ServiceLink provided notary. She missed a required signature and additional form. We were not notified until the date of funding items were missing. Funding delayed by 5 days.
