Chaix Cole is a tremendous asset to PENNYMAC. I had some obstacles along the way and Chaix made me her priority. I wasn’t just another person. She reacted with a great sense of urgency. She set clear expectations for me. She made me feel like my loan was the only loan she was working. She followed though with everything she said she would do. She’s a true asset to PENNYMAC. If I ever do another refinance, I want Chaix to do it for me. She’s a real superstar!

The communication was awesome anytime I had a question it got answered in a timely manner. Closing on loans can be very stressful at times but PennyMac took care of me I couldn’t be any happier with the service they offer.
