What a joke !!!!!!!!!!! Called them to for my brother who was in the trama unit at Shands Hospital after another driver pulled out in front of him while he was on his motorcycle and because the other driver did not have a million dollars in auto insurance , OLE CHUCK called me 2 days later telling me there was no case .
