Eat food, staff is extremely helpful, and it is an all around good time.
Went there for my partners birthday, everyone was so polite and helpful and nice! Really impressed with every member of the staff, definitely going back again for special occasions!
I have been meaning to go here for years. The food was everything I had hoped for and more! My only disappointment is that I did not know they were closing earlier than usual that day. Because of this, we unknowingly came in 30 minutes before closing. I felt rushed by the staff to eat quickly and move on to the next courses. They did so in the most polite way possible ("Can I take your plate? Would you like the meat now? How about dessert?") but I did not feel like I was able to experience Chama Gaucha fully because of this.... read more

Excellent service, fabulous food, but very noisy.
We had a great birthday celebration ! Our dinner party also included one senior and two children and the staff at our table were very considerate of all the members of the party. Our senior was provided a slow and clear explanation of the dinner system and our children were provided with all the food and drink they needed including several trips to the salad bar for the one food they would eat. Food was excellent as always but restaurant was very loud and at times felt hectic and rushed but the service was somewhat slow. Staff was very nice and friendly and even offered a free dessert to the person celebrating a birthday and then added an extra dessert because of the long wait we had during our meal. Still memorable experience and we will go again in the future.
Favorite place for special occasions. The staff works at an amazing speed. They will spoil you. Never dissapoints. The food and drinks are great. Management always checks on you to make sure you are having a great time. You will leave with a smile and a full stomach.
The service and food was outstanding. I will definitely return and recommend to others. 5 stars!!!!!
