Outstanding service as usual and delicious food. Super friendly staff. Very attentive to needs and specific meat requests. Will definitely return and recommend to others.
We made a reservation but had to wait over 30 min to be seated. Other than that, a great experience. Fantastic food and service.
Would recommend for special occasions and date nights. I would take children because it is expensive and I feel it should be left for adults to enjoy their time together without disturbance
Service was exceptional! Food was outstanding! This was out first time at Chama Gaucha. Although the food was delicious, we would have liked perhaps some seafood and/or chicken. Otherwise, fantastic!
Great value compared to other Brazilian steakhouses I’ve been to. Also the hostess and our two waiters were fabulous and friendly. Got to talking to our waiter about what we were celebrating and she brought us a free dessert with congratulations written on the plate!

Salad bar...excellent! Meats...excellent! Service...most extraordinaire! I wish I could eat more because everything tastes delicious. Whenever we have out of town friends visiting with us, we ALWAYS make it a point to take them to Chama Gaucha - San Antonio. We love showing off your outstanding restaurant.
Been told your Parma pork is no longer on the menu...something about quality...however I’d find some pork and add it back to your menu...please let me know if it comes back and I’ll dine there again....thanks
