The best service I’ve ever experienced,and the food was excellent. I didn’t really like the dim lightning. Maybe having table lamps would help. The noise level was a little loud. It’s a big, open room with many table (no booths), so I think the sound bounces around. I will def be back. The food and customer service far out weigh the noise and lighting issue.
This is the gold standard for me when I think about a Brazilian Steak House. We always make it a point to go to Chama Gaucha whenever we are in San Antonio because, besides the food being great, the place is amazing and the service is like nowhere else.
Amazing food. All of it. The sides, the meat (omg the bacon wrapped filet is to die for!), the wine. Amazing. Expensive, but worth it if you want the best meal for the best date/night out.
As usual, we received excellent service, enjoyed a delicious assortment of meats, side dishes, salads, and drinks. We always know that we can count on Chama Gaucha!
This was my first time there. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. They have excellent choices at the salad bar and we loved trying all the different meat options. The sides were great and the cheese bread was addictive! Be sure to go hungry as it’s a lot of food!
I felt like a queen! Once I got to the table, the waitress put our jackets on the chair and the napkin on my lap. I don’t eat salad, but the salad bar had many options that I enjoyed. All meats and sides were delicious and the service was amazing. It could be a little bit pricey, but hey, you have unlimited meat and meat isn’t cheap either. I would definitely go back.
The food and service are both excellent. I love coming here on dates or with friends.
Love this place for special occasions. But the noise is so loud you really can’t hear the person sitting next to you
