Been to all the Brazilian Steakhouses in San Antonio and this ones Meats are hands down the best! All is tender and the services is impeccable! This is definitely the Best in San Antonio!

My wife and I dined at Chama Gaucha once a month. This year's Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners were with Chama Gaucha. The service and quality of the food are well worth the money. Our children enjoy the food and the opportunity to use higher level etiquette. We highly recommend Chama Gaucha.
Dual birthday/Christmas celebrations
Very good meal. Attentive service, but our party of 4 was felt rushed, however the resturant was very busy. We made a special request in our reservation that was not honored.
