This was the worst experience we have ever had and we have come many times to this establishment. The food was good the lamb chops for dry, twice they serve the meat raw when I said medium rare and two items I specifically asked for they never brought sorry venting was cut short. And for some reason a manager walked by and wiped his hand on the corner of our table. I guess it was some residue of meat that was on his hand I took a picture. Wasn’t super impressed, especially for the price. I won’t return or recommend
I was disappointed with this visit. Usually the service is up to par with the selections. Our table rarely got offered portions, and when we did get someone, it was the same bottom sirloin, medium rare but burnt to a crisp on the outside. We had a reservation but wasn’t seated until 30 minutes later. We weren’t given napkins and had to ask 3 times, in which they brought us bar drink paper napkins. Finally asked a different server and got them.

It was my son’s birthday. My husband and I couldn’t afford the full lunch price on our limited budget, so we only had the salad bar, which even that was not that inexpensive. My husband and I are visually impaired and we found it very difficult to see in the low light levels in the restaurant. My son was given a $50 gift card, which was very good for him. I wish we had received such a nice gesture since we had to pay the $165 for everybody’s meals. I would NOT come back. My budget couldn’t afford to revisit this restaurant.
I had a 6 o'clock table and was disappointed in the selection of meat available at that time. I had the same style of meat come around 6 times before anything else even offered and was dissatisfied with the overall meat selection. Usually a good place to eat, but I've noticed the last two times that the meat service is starting to slip.

We go to Chama Gaucha all the time. We absolutely love it and rarely rarely have complaints. This time I’m assuming there must have been some confusion on who was supposed to attend to us because no one came to greet us and get drink orders. We sat there about 20 minutes, and since no one came by, We simply decided to start serving ourselves salads since we are regulars and know the drill.
