I love Chambers Creek Vet! They are always so caring and quick to get my fur kiddos in when they need it. Dr. Tobiassen and Dr. Ho are always kind and give me great advice above and beyond the normal treatment. I wouldn't have my sweet Baxter, if it wasn't for the two of them, and all the awesome staff!
I have been a client here for 7 years. On the 22nd of January my dog woke up very sick. They were unable to get her in on an emergency basis. I took her to a new vet where she succumbed to her illness. I called to inform them that she had died and needed to discuss her paw plan which I have been paying for for 7 years. Have had positive experiences with bringing my dog here, but twice I have come for my scheduled appointment time and have been told there is no appointment in their system. No apology even offered. It is very frustrating. I decided to transfer her care to another facility.
McVeterinarians! Overly devoted to their practice guidelines and ambivalent to owner concerns which is fine if you are not a thinking person, informed on animal health issues or have different values than your caregiver. What a waste of my time and my companion's health. I find your services lacking at best.
