I did not have an appointment in a very busy practice. However, they managed to get me in within 15 minutes, assessed my aching tooth with x-rays, hygienist, and doctor, explained the problem, and offered their recommendation. They then received a report from my insurance company, determined my benefits, provided me with my cost after insurance payment, and even offered no interest monthly payments from their website. All in under an hour. Highly recommend.
Always a pleasure to see the smiling faces at Champagne Smiles. The personnel are interested in making you feel in your comfort zone and seeing to your health needs. A wonderful experience for a procedure that is unpleasant for most of us.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. I was seen promptly and the staff was all very caring.
My experience was very good as the hygienist was both gentle and thorough. She clearly communicated what she was doing and why along with guidance for future actions.

As an adult, I have been terrified of the Dentist. I didn't go to one for years (about 15) before my husband convinced me to try Champagne Smiles. I have been going on a regular basis for 2 or 3 years now and the FEAR IS GONE. They always take the time to explain what will take place and offer options to make it a more comfortable experience. They have the latest equipment to SHOW you the problem areas. NO FEAR anymore.
