I did not have yo wait when I got to the office. My visit was very good.
Very pleasant staff and very competant
I used to be a dental phobic because I had so many bad experiences. The staff and doctors are so caring and patient that I actually enjoy my appointments. It may sound crazy, but it's almost like going to visit friends.
From the moment you walk in 'till the moment you leave, you feel like you're in good hands at ChampagneSmiles. The front desk handles all your needs and no wasted time sitting in waiting room. Dr. Champagne and his staff couldn't be more professional while making you feel at home.

Very nice atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff. They are caring, concerned and made for me what is usually an unpleasant experience, very nice indeed. I especially appreciated the thorough explanation of what I need to have done. I have already recommended the office to other friends and family members. I am glad I found them.
My appointment was for 9:40 AM and I was sitting in a chair at 9:30 already being taken care of with a smile and pleasant service. Everyone makes it their business to make you feel comfortable and aware that you will have a professional experience in a homey environment. As always this office is a competent, pleasant experience and this comes from someone who grew up fearing going anywhere near a dentist's office.
It was my first time there and I was nervous because I hadn't gone to the dentist for a while having no more insurance. But everyone was so nice and encouraging. No body made you feel rushed or made you feel bad. They listened to all my questions and answered them and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I really appreciated that.
