The only problem I had with Champion windows of Austin was the lock on the sliding door.
They did a really good job and we enjoy our windows!
They had two opportunities to measure the window before the installation. When they came to install the window it did not fit. So they had to wait 3 weeks before the window came.
My wife and I had our front windows replaced over a year ago, and were very satisfied with the work Champion had done. Move forward to this year (2015), had our house windows in the rear of the house replaced. What a difference it made. Our house stays cooler and outside noise levels is down. Great product for the money.
I purchased the 365 comfort double hung windows, they totally "upgraded" the look of my home. The installers were exceptional as well as the sales staff.
