It's been an extremely long road with Champion I wouldn't recommend them to anyone More than 3 years ago I contracted and paid for 4 custom windows It took forever (6 months+) for them to come in Once they were here, the installers broke one of the windows and did not have a screen for another It took at least 20-30 phone calls to get the rep to respond to my calls for a status of the repair and screen over the course of 3 years A repair person finally came out at 2 years but wasn't able to do anything because the rep had co... read more

Davon was a great rep. He was transparent and you could sense his honesty as a sales rep. Highly recommend him. The subcontractor was great and professional.

Have a need to replace old windows in our home. Reached out to Champion because we have worked with them in the past. Shane arrived on time and spent time assessing the windows. Very cordial and helpful with arriving at an agreeable price. We highly recommend Champion to others who have similar needs with home maintenance.
