Champion has installed 9 windows. Sided my entire house and will be installing another 6 windows to round out the house. The only thing left is the roof. Once that's ready to be replaced, my house will be wrapped in a lifetime warranty. Only had one hiccup with scheduling but that was quickly taken care of. Both crews were professional and cleaned up really well. I've already recommended them to several people. They're a little more than some of the others out there but the difference is noticeable. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. The installers were very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable as well!! I will definitely be calling them again when it's time to replace my front door and patio door.

Had a garden window installed by Champion Windows. I thought I had a lifetime warranty. I have attached photos of the window which is second story over a driveway. You can only talk with customer service via txt message. Also the call back comes to your phone as potential spam! You do have a warranty, however you must pay a “trip charge” of $175.00! They may tell you then “not covered under warranty! This window is loose and unsafe! If they do ok the replacement it may take 10-12 weeks for a new one!!! We are going to... read more
