"Everything went fine with the estimate and installation. You are calling for a survey, but I've been trying to get a hold of Champion Windows. They haven't returned my phone calls for10 days now. I'm not very happy with them."
Materials for the sunroom are of excellent quality but we are not impressed with the french door quality. There seems to be a disconnect between customer expectations in terms of scheduling, re-scheduling, repair work, etc. and Champion's work flow process. We felt that if we had some idea of what constitutes the workflow at a fairly high level we wouldn't have been bothering the same person over and over for information. Much of our frustration with the process could have been caused by the Covid-19 guidelines.
