I was sold a product that the company no longer had available. I do not know if it was the salesperson, or the company's fault that I was given an option that was not available. The sales error caused a delay with my project, and dissatisfaction for me because I had to go with a product that I did not necessarily want. I had to take work off 3 times for the installation and will have to take off an additional day to get everything resolved.
