So far, everyone has been really great and professional. We are still waiting for one window to be replaced, but it's on it's way. We do not regret our decision to call Champion and I did review several other options. Chris also seemed to be right on top of it. Good Job!!
I was very satisfied with the windows from Champion Windows and the workmanship, plus the installers were very good, cleaned up nicely and happy with my new windows.
Other than the fact that they ordered the windows incorrectly and it delayed the project by week, I am totally satisfied with Champion.
One of my main concerns regarding replacing windows was their ability to withstand the New Mexico weather, cost and that they last a long time. After reviewing several quotes and samples from different companies, I decided that Champion windows would be the best. Dan Flores was very knowledgeable of the product and helped me save money by reviewing how many crank windows were really necessary, as apposed to the old set-up.
