Champion Windows of Atlanta was slow about getting started. It was hard to reach someone.
I love the windows!
When we had our install, our sliding door was not there when we had the installation. We have been calling and no one has called us back.
Took advantage of an excellent offer and got great windows. However dealing with the office and it's personal or lack of customer concerns made the whole window buying process the worst example of customer care and extremely bad light on Champion overall.
