The installation of the product was great. I asked if they could put my blinds in a certain place. I cracked the window. I called to get that replaced, but it's been eight weeks now. I can't open the window because I'm afraid it'll fall apart if I do. I keep asking, "Where's my window?" We're not very happy. You have all these blinds you bought through the years - I couldn't use any of those. I had to buy all new blinds for my house.
We had an excellent experience with Champion Windows of Atlanta from the time the salesman came until the windows were installed in our home.
