Overall, I am satisfied with the end results. They did a sun room and sliding glass door. The end product was great. The communication in the beginning and lack of follow up with the project manager I would have given it a 1-star rating. Towards the end they did become more responsive.
They pulled out the tile from the window. When I asked about fixing it, they never returned my call and haven't to date. I'm not happy about that piece of it. The window itself is beautiful.
We have noticed an increase in our electric bill rather than a decrease. I am still picking up nails and pieces of trim almost three months after the project. They have also left a mess on the tile floor that will not come up when I try to clean it. We are going to have to redo the entire bathroom floor.
