The process was really easy. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. He gave me all the information I needed, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the end product.
Overall very good experience. The only small issue was the length of time it took from when we ordered the windows until when installed. However, that was very minor. Everything else was excellent
