Give Champion the chance to do an in-home consultation, and you'll be sold! They have utter faith in their product--otherwise they wouldn't be able to offer the insanely comprehensive warranty that they do. Their confidence and warranty, in addition to an amazing demonstration of the windows' insulation, gave me the confidence to take the dive in making this important investment in my home.

There are some things that I need to discuss with them that I feel like they left off but I don't blame them and I feel like they'll take care of it when I do address it. Overall, I am satisfied with the work.

The only thing we were super happy with was the clean up. Other than that everyone we have experienced with Champion has been wonderful and trustworthy. The windows are sturdy, and beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better product. We will definitely use them to finish our window updates in the future.

The only problem was the materials needed for the job were not all sent with the shipment and this caused some delay in completing the project. However, the professional manner in which the installation crew handled this was very good!
