I thought the office was really strange, sometimes your call is not received. The installation crew was good and the office is okay but sometimes you have to call 3-4 times to get answers.
The entire team at Champion is true to their word. Their windows are an excellent product; I immediately noticed the temperature difference in my home and the dampening of sound from the exterior, which is exactly what I wanted. The windows look great, regulate temperature well, and are easy to use while still proving key safety features. On top of all that, there's no beating the Champion warranty!
They have very high quality product and a extremely professional staff.
The windows are excellent, but the customer service was not up to par.
