My salesperson was knowledgeable and professional during the sale, but never heard from him after the sale. No return on calls, no follow up. He also was supposed to get back with me for more work needed. Never heard from him
Everything went smoothly, no problems at all. The installers took their time and did a perfect installation even though they were here a few afters after the normal end of the workday.
