They were on time, kind and courtesy.
I am very pleased with the overall results of my windows and door. The installer was late, however did call to tell me he was running behind. An hour later a guy from his crew called me looking for him, there seemed to be a lack of communication on their end. The installers left metal framing pieces on the floor in my kids room and large pieces of glass in the driveway and I had gaps in the door frames. My windows have not yet been installed. That's why I answered n/a to many questions. However, they did install my picture window previously and I cannot be more happy with the installation crew and would rate them with my highest satisfaction as I probably will after these other 4 windows are installed.
