The Champion Representative and installation crew were on time and very professional throughout the process. The office staff were pleasant and courteous. We are enjoying the durability of the Champion door; but most or all the limitless warranty that comes with their products. Would recommend Champion products to anyone. THUMBS UP

I would not recommend to a friend because of the problems I had with the timeliness and the communication.
I am very pleased with the overall results of my windows and door. The installer was late, however did call to tell me he was running behind. An hour later a guy from his crew called me looking for him, there seemed to be a lack of communication on their end. The installers left metal framing pieces on the floor in my kids room and large pieces of glass in the driveway and I had gaps in the door frames.
