The actual Champion sunroom installers did an excellent job and I have no complaints about them. They were very courteous and was impressed at their efficiency. The room itself is incredible and I am very happy about it. That being said, the horrible communication and responses I would get from the site manager (Andy) were incredibly frustrating and well below acceptable. The concrete subcontractors were horrible.
