Great product, great staff, great service
Sales representative was on time and thorough. Many door and hardware options available for viewing at their showroom. Installation crew was on time, thorough, and professional. Installation crew was also neat and clean.
I'm satisfied with the quality of the windows, however, I'm not satisfied with the delay in completion of the project. One piece of glass was broken when cleaned during installation and dining room window installed with wrong size grids. I was told it would take two weeks for these two windows to be replaced since it comes from the factory.
I do think they are much more expensive than other companies but long term they are the best. I am willing to pay more for the quality I receive.
