I think the fact they have a lifetime warranty says a lot, they do quality work on time and send professionals to do it.
I love my windows. I looked at several other companies before choosing Champion. They are beautiful and the installation crew was professional, courteous, and did a great job.
Champion did not install, a subcontractor did. Install was good but clean up was poor. Left marks on the wall (20 feet high) and glass pieces inside and outside. Was not told that a subcontractor would install.
They were very professional, and they have high quality windows. This is the second time I've used them, and I'm very satisfied.
The crew who did the construction deserve to be complimented on the job well done and having a good interpersonal relationship.
