I've had a lot of work done by Champion because they handle a lot of different products under one roof, and for other reasons described below. The quality of the products are great, and the service after the sale is fantastic. Whenever there has been an issue it has been taken care of in a professional and timely manner by the office and installation scheduling staff. I liked David Walker. He was so friendly, and he explained all of the details. He showed me some pictures of some of their previous work in a book to let me see how it would look. It made me feel more confident that they were going to do a good job.
I would recommend Champion for windows and doors to anyone. They are by far the best you can have. I have had them for over 15 years in three different houses and they are the most satisfactory windows and doors I have ever had.
They were very friendly. The guys who did the presentation were great and the installers were over the top good. We had a wonderful time having them here. They even pointed out a dead baby snake in the yard which I appreciated since I have a day care at the home.
We called Champion to replace our front door because of a prior excellent experience when they installed our siding several years ago. We were equally pleased with our door installation. It was professional and looks fabulous.
I thought it was a good experience. We always had people return our calls when we needed.
